- Client acquisition/retention
Important:
- These services are offered only to U.S. residents.
- By submitting your information, you provide express written consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us and our partners.
- We share your data with our client network (e.g., mortgage brokers, insurance agents) to provide relevant services.
We are not:
- A lender
- Debt service company
- Real estate agency
- Insurance provider
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Upload offensive or infringing content
- Use bots, scrapers, or excessive load techniques
- Misrepresent your identity
- Interfere with our services or infrastructure
4. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by EMAP LLC or third parties. You may:

- Not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission
5. No Warranty
Our platform/services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee:

- Suitability or safety of products or services
- That our platform is virus-free or secure
You use this platform at your own risk.
6. Release of Liability
You release EMAP LLC and its affiliates from any:
- Claims
- Damages
- Liabilities
- Legal costs
arising from your use of this platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Inaccuracies or delays
Claims must be filed within 1 year of the incident.
8. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver
You agree to binding arbitration for any dispute with us (except small claims under $1,000).
Arbitration Terms:
- Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act
- Conducted by JAMS
- Held via phone, written submission, or in person
- Arbitrator’s decision is final and binding
You Waive:
- The right to a jury trial
- The right to participate in class actions
Exceptions:
- If “Prohibition of Class Actions” is found unenforceable, the arbitration clause becomes void.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless EMAP LLC and its partners against claims arising from:
- Your platform usage
- Your breach of this Agreement
- Any infringement of third-party rights by you
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice or liability, if you:
- Breach this Agreement or our Privacy Policy
- Misuse the platform/services
